Start with Prayer
Thank God for the ability to take steps to explore faith.
Ask for understanding in your reading and applying of Scripture.
Ask for discernment when dealing with issues in life.
Answer all the questions based on the passage for the day.
What did I learn about God (or the main person)?
What did I learn about myself?
What step do I need to take?
How do I need to pray?
DAY 1 -- Matthew 18:20
“ … 20 For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there among them.”
DAY 2 -- Galatians 6:9-10
9 So we must not get tired of doing good, for we will reap at the proper time if we don’t give up. 10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, we must work for the good of all, especially for those who belong to the household of faith.
DAY 3 -- Ephesians 4:15-16
15 But speaking the truth in love, let us grow in every way into Him who is the head—Christ. 16 From Him the whole body, fitted and knit together by every supporting ligament, promotes the growth of the body for building up itself in love by the proper working of each individual part.
DAY 4 -- I Thessalonians 5:9-11
9 For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 who died for us, so that whether we are awake or asleep, we will live together with Him. 11 Therefore, encourage one another and build each other up as you are already doing.
DAY 5 -- Acts 2:41-46
41 So those who accepted his message were baptized, and that day about 3,000 people were added to them. 42 And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to the prayers. 43 Then fear came over everyone, and many wonders and signs were being performed through the apostles. 44 Now all the believers were together and held all things in common. 45 They sold their possessions and property and distributed the proceeds to all, as anyone had a need. 46 Every day they devoted themselves to meeting together in the temple complex and broke bread from house to house.
